Boiled bananas combined with steamed grated coconut, become one of the popular snacks among the people where I live, we use bananas to serve as desserts or family snacks for work. The content of carbohydrates and vitamins in bananas makes us full quickly, so it is very suitable to be used as a provision for workers, such as for farmers in my area for example. In addition, bananas also have several benefits for those of you who are on a diet, because bananas have the property to be able to lose weight, this is due to the lack of calories in the fruit.
So don't hesitate to add bananas as a healthy menu in your home. Back to the snacks that I prepared, the boiled bananas that I cook, use one type of banana that is very often found in Indonesia, namely the kepok banana, the kepok banana has a very soft texture, with a slightly sweet taste and storage. So, for those of you who are abroad, are you really curious to find this banana? If so, what is the name of this type of banana?
If you don't find this type of banana, you can find any variety of bananas that you can find in your area, the taste will also be very good. To start cooking, I invite you to prepare some of the ingredients needed to complete healthy dishes that I want to show you all lovers of lovers.
- 7 ripe onions
- 200 grams of grated coconut
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Step 1Prepare the bananas first, by washing the bananas,then boil them using with water. | |

I served processed bananas for my family's snacks, as well as provisions for my mother to go to the garden, they were very happy, a simple menu that was easy to process into a favorite food in my family. well here I arranged some pieces of banana that have been baluri with grated coconut and added a little touch of pieces of pandan leaves.
The taste presented in this snack is clearly a very simple taste, sweet slightly sour taste from banana kepok with a soft texture and the savory taste of grated coconut is also very flavorful with the distinctive fragrance of boiled bananas, delicious and delicious.
