I have recited several poems in this platform but all of them are for adults. My daughter asked this question that you always recite for adults, you should recite something for children. And I also thought in the same way that there is not much written or recited for children in this platform, so I decided that this time I will be reciting a poem for children. The name of the poem I have chosen to recite today is Lichu Chor by Kazi Nazrul Islam. I read this poem at a very young age and I believe most of the kids grew up hearing this poem. Kazi Nazrul Islam has written many poems for children and this is one of his most popular poems. He is our national poet and there is no branch of literature where he did not wander. However, I hope you like this recitation of mine.
