A 360 from the top of the Gardunhas - getting there wiped me out, but it was worth it!

Went for a run this morning - just a 'quick' 9K along the top of the Gardunha's - my new local mountain range. Still feels odd saying that.

I woke up quite early, had some breakfast, did a bit of dicking about on Hive and LEO, tidied up a bit, put on some washing, had a coffee then drove up to the top of the range.

It is mid November and it was/ still is really such a NICE DAY - I was in just a T shirt for the run, and decided to walk up a couple of the hills as this is the longest run I've done in a while.

It must be something about being up in the mountains, but at just 9K this pretty much wiped me out for the day.

It took me a good 10 minutes just lying in the car to recover, I then went to the local font and dunked my head in it and topped up the water, showered, ate lunch, bought another 0.01 BTC and here I am, feeling wiped out!

I had kind of planned to do a few more things with the day, but this seems to be the way of life at the moment, It's a loverly Sunny afternoon, just approaching 16.00 as I write this and the day just says 'lunch (or rather) dinner it out'.

I think that's just November in Portugal, so different from in the UK.

This was supposed to be a sort of daily life update post but I was in the mood to post something to 3Speak, so I thought I'd just post this!

I'm tempted to start taking a selfie stick with me and videoing some of my runes, could be fun, and the scenery is so nice!

This view is amazing! Also thank you so much for stopping by my first upload!

Oh I didn't even realise it was your first ThreeSpeak upload!

I don't do too many myself TBH, mainly just the blog, kind of addictive this place!

Yes! And once again thank you!

What an impressive view from that top, and clear sky as well, no clouds

It was worth it! Not bad for mid November, certainly not used to it from having lived in the UK most of my life at this time of year!

Oh man that looks STUnningggg. Gotta say I'm a bit jealous right now..
