This should revolutionize it!
On this smokehouse build, I'm trying to do it right. I'm adding a number of features that I believe will help out a lot, although some maybe trial and error. With a board and batten build design already in effect, making these simple air-flow control sticks is not too complicated of a process. The idea is to be able to allow more smoke to exit, or less, depending on where I slide these chokers. Enjoy the show!
