Hidden museum Krajinka by Ružomberok

On the way from our summer vacation in Rajecké Teplice, we stopped to relax and at the same time eat at Krajinka. Krajinka is a restaurant that offers traditional Slovak specialties. It is located near Ružomberok next to the main road in a beautiful mountain environment. The owner used the meadows around and created an ideal environment for relaxation for large and small. There is a mountain hut with many pets. There are chickens, hares, sheep and even a pig. In addition to good food, you can buy homemade milk products or crunchy fresh pastries.

The landscape is located about halfway home, which came in handy. After going crazy, our daughter was sleeping in the car in the spa in Kováčová and she was slowly waking up in front of Ružomberok. There was already hunger, so we headed for lunch.

We've been to Krajinka before, but this time it was a little different with our two-year-old daughter. Like other young children, it does not last long. While she was sitting content, we tried to feed her and at the same time tried to eat at least one of us. This time it was me. My daughter finished eating and started to crumble, so I took her out and we went to look at the animals.

We often go to the ZOO and so it was nothing new for her. However, she was fascinated by the hens that ran around. As she chased them, she got to the yard and I with her.

I have not been to these places yet and I was very surprised by the treasures here. There is literally a museum of old tractors. There are really big or small tractors here. Newer types, or very old ones I've never seen before. The owner must be a big fan of these beauties. Each of them has a board with a description of a specific type. Year of manufacture, power, country of origin, in short, all the necessary information that the person you are interested in needs.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this finding. There is also a museum of tractors on Krajinka, which I have known so far as a mountain hut with animals and a pleasant environment.

   

   

    

I have to say that this stop for a great meal was worth it.
