People's health is deteriorating day by day due to not caring about their health. We should take daily morning walk. We should arrange proper exercise daily۔ A balanced diet should be eaten. Do not sleep immediately after eating. By creating such a routine we can improve our health. Because Health is a real Wealth.

The purpose of creating this community is to share health tips with each other. So that all the people living in this world of ours are healthy.
In this community you can also share how you improved your health. You can also share preventive measures to avoid diseases in your post. You are free to express your views on health.
