Just Because it is Thursady

A Monday Morning Photo taken to share I did not know when, but today seemed like a good time

Not a Food Fight Friday
for feathered friends,
nor Saturday sounds
to start beer rounds.

Not a sublime Sunday
to make a funday
Nor a music Monday
for the blues to play.

No branch growing
this tree Tuesday.
no Wednesday walk
in the park

Just a Thursday
not much to say
so here's a song
I like to play

'Box of Rain' sounds like something I might hear - here in the Adirondacks where I presently roam... especially the background music :>)

I like Robert Hunter and the Grateful Dead's music at times. It was raining, and that popped into my head, the title and the short time part, I was hoping to catch a lot of lilies in bloom this year.

I've got some 'Day Lilies' in bloom along my front porch. The flowers don't stick around very long after opening up, but they're beautiful.

Yes, some lilies you have to catch when they open, blink and they are done. I used to have a lot of Asian lilies, tiger lilies reds yellows and oranges at one home we had, their flowers would last for a while.

Mine are sort of orange in color... :>)

Thank you and @blacklux. I do enjoy some of your reblogs, and am happy you have selected my justbecuase it is a Thursday post.

Hahaha is a good Thursday post!

Thursdays always seem to be over looked. there is still Friday before the weekend. Then Sat and Sun weekend day, people always moaning about mondays because the weekend ended, tuesday people start to look forward to humpday wednesday, and thursday, well it just kind of gets ignored. Except of course for trippy thursdays.
