Hi guys! last Hive Power Up of the year is almost here! i know the prices are low but hey that is when is best to actually power up you can get more Hive for little and is easier to become a Whale!! ok maybe not as big for some but we can all aim to be a dolphin (over 5000HP) at least before the year is over!
Before we continue a little recap
What is the Hive Power Up Day?
On the 1st of each month and is just a way to encourage the "Power Up" of Hive what on cryptos is known as Staking of a coin or in real world finances kind of like putting to a fixed term an amount of money to earn some dividends.
Since power down takes 13 weeks, when you do a power up together with the community as a whole, it's a great way to show support for our blockchain.
Also it makes your single vote bigger and adds to your curations rewards, it also strengthens your influence on the blockchain.
Hispanic Initiative + Global Initiative!
The Global initiative started by @streetstyle is run by the amazing lady that is @traciyork and we are now part of it as well!
This just means we have more prizes to add to the pot and the rules that come with them, also the way that we distribute the prizes.
This is how it works: there will be 2 pool prizes, the big one and global and one a smaller one just for the Hispanic / Small Users community to give a fair chance to all the Hispanic participants to win some prizes specially the smaller or newer users.

¿Qué es el Hive Power Up Day?
Ocurre el 1ro de mes y es una forma de incentivar el "Power Up" de Hive, en el mundo cripto se conoce como Staking o en las finanzas, como poner a un plazo fijo una cantidad de dinero. para ganar algunos dividendos.
Dado que el power down demora 13 semanas en completarse, cuando realizas un power up, es una excelente manera de mostrar apoyo a nuestra blockchain.
También hace que tu voto sea más grande y sume mas recompensas por sus curaciones, adicionalmente fortalece su influencia en la Blockchain.
La Iniciativa Hispana + La iniciativa Global!
La iniciativa global iniciada por @streetstyle y manejada por la maravillosa @traciyork y ahora nosotros somos parte también!
Solo significa que tenemos más premios, las reglas que vienen con ellos y también la forma en que distribuimos los premios.
Así es como funciona: habrá 2 categorías de premios, el grande global y uno más pequeño solo para la comunidad Hispana para dar una oportunidad justa a todos los participantes hispanos de gana algunos premios, especialmente los usuarios más pequeños o nuevos.

Opción toma 3.5dias te da 1$ en Hive por cada HBD
En la Wallet de PeakD al lado de tus hbd tienes un menú debes seleccionar convert para convertir los hbd a Hive. Te solicita que ingreses cantidad a convertir y tu clave activa para hacerlo.
Rules / Reglas
For the Global Prize Pool
- Your reputation must be above 39 and below 70.
- Your Hive Power (before the 1st) must be more than 100 and less than 8000.
- You must power up at least 10 Hive on November 1st.
- You must write a post about your power up on november 1st with the tag #HivePUD or #HPUD.
For the Hispanic / Small Users Prize Pool
1. MUST Power Up at least 1 HIVE COIN on november 1st, 2020.
2. MUST have 1 Post in their blog with the tag #HPUD & set with the rewards to 100% power up on that day.
How We Will Determine the Winners?
The order of the list (first place, second place, and so on) will be determined by the biggest PERCENTAGE of Hive powered up, not necessarily the most Hive powered up.
This gives a fair chance to smaller accounts to win too! even if the amount they power up seems small it doesn’t mean that its small to them.
Para Los Premios Globales
- Tu reputación debe estar por encima de los 39 y por debajo de los 70.

¿Cómo Determinaremos los Ganadores?
El orden de la lista (primer lugar, etc.) estará determinado por el mayor PORCENTAJE de Hive Power Up, no la mayor cantidad de Hive Power Up.
¡Esto es para dar una oportunidad justa a las cuentas más pequeñas de ganar! incluso si la cantidad parece pequeña, no significa que sea pequeña para ellos.

By powering up everytime you can even of little by little you can grow your hp and that is the idea behind the HPUD!

Tengo entendido que el Hive Power total antes del 01-09 debe ser más de 100 y menos de 8000.
No debe ser mayor a 100 la reputavion debe ser mayor a 49 y eso es para los premio glibales los hispanos no tienen esas reglas solo afectaria si tienes mas de 8000hp q si es una regla de ambos
