Mabuhay ang mga babae!

We have a bunch of good reads for this contest's entries. Nalaman namin na hindi pala sa aparador humuhugot ng lakas ang mga babae. And women can be a warrior, a strategist and a caregiver when the need arises. Ang flexible lang no? Galing naman. It was great we have entries from men too. We've known their perspective and they were great.

When this time comes, don't forget that there is Someone, there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother. Talk to Him like a friend and ask Him to give you strength to overcome all the trials and challenges you have been through.

Dear Women... International Women's Day Special

Hell yeah! That shouldn't be even a question, the real question is, why do you think otherwise? Growing up, having a single Mother who stood up both as a Father and a Mother, I know better the hardship, the struggles, the sacrifices my Mom has made for us sibling. I remember as a child as we were cleaning up our room, somewhere underneath old clothes and sheet, there was this notebook and figured out it's a Diary, and in it, only one page was used up with the words written:

F*ck it turned out to be a holdup. In my entire life, I have never experienced that before that day. Oh my. What else could we do when we were in the middle of nowhere, there were almost no houses along the road. The jeep was running while they took our money and cellphones including bags. Omg.

Ayon nga sa bibliya, ang babae ay galing sa isang parte ng katawan ng lalaki. Siya ay galing sa dibdib ng lalaki sa kadahilanang ang lalaki ay naging malungkot sa kanyang pag-iisa sa mundong ibabaw. Gusto nito ng karamay, kasama, at kaibigan habang siya ay namumuhay. Naging teorya rin ito na ang pagbuo ng babae ay naging dahilan para sa pagpuna ng pagmamahal para sa lalaki at ang lalaki ay maging ganun din. Gayunpaman, ang pag-iibigan ng bawat isa ay dapat pantay-pantay at hindi ang isa lamang ang makapagbenepisyo kundi ang bawat isa sa kanila ay makatanggap ng hinahanggad na pagkalinga at pagmamahal.

I don't have the strength of a man but with the right strategy, I can break the wall of any obstacles that will get on my way to reach the top. With a good mindset and an open minded mind, everything will run smoothly as long as me, as a woman put my mind into it.
