Deseo de corazón que estén bien, en esta oportunidad me gustaría compartir con ustedes un poco de lo que fue mi entrenamiento en compañía por la montaña, donde alternamos subidas empinadas🚵♀️🔝 y planos🛣️ de alta velocidad para aumentar la resistencia y fuerza🦵💯, hoy les compartiré también algunos consejos y técnicas🚲 para mejorar el rendimiento en la bicicleta y algunas reflexiones del ejercicio💭.

I sincerely wish you to be well, this time I would like to share with you a little of what was my training in company on the mountain, where we alternate steep🚵♀️🔝 and flat🛣️ climbs of high speed to increase endurance and strength🦵💯, today I will also share some tips and techniques🚲 to improve performance on the bike and some reflections of the exercise💭.

This training was carried out on April📆 18 of this year with the company of the group of cyclists Team Aragua Eco Bike🤝 and my friend Lamberth, this group is dedicated to training every Monday routes at an average pace of 26 kilometers🚲🕓 per hour in plane and stand out for giving everything in the climbs (since they consider that there is the real challenge);
Ese día salí un poco tarde de mi casa así que decidí esperarlos en el Torreón del limón, para empezar a subir hasta los rauseos📍, antes de salir comí algunos frutos secos para tomar más energía para el recorrido.
That day I left my house a little late so I decided to wait for them in the Torreón del Limón, to start climbing to the rauseos📍, before leaving I ate some nuts to take more energy for the tour.
It was quite stimulating to climb at a good pace in a group as that activated my competitive🏁🚲 side;
Este tipo de entrenamiento donde se mantiene un ritmo constante en plano y se sube la velocidad en las subidas ayuda a trabajar varias partes de las fibras musculares y te permite desarrollar más fuerza y resistencia💯.
This type of training where you maintain a constant rhythm in plane and increase the speed in the climbs helps to work various parts of the muscle fibers and allows you to develop more strength and endurance💯.
Another thing I like about cycling is that I can appreciate the details of the nature🌳 that surrounds me at each stop and in a way it absorbs me and makes me fully concentrate on the present🛣️;
Luego de llegar a la vía de Choroni a la altura de la alcabala, me pare un momento a esperar a mis otros compañeros🚴♀️🚴 ya que me les adelante un poco en el camino.
After arriving at the Choroni road at the height of the alcabala, I stopped for a moment to wait for my other companions🚴🚴♀️ as I overtook them a little on the way.

Fue bastante divertido subir hasta el mirador🖼️ y luego encontrarme con mis compañeros en la alcabala📍, pues uno de mis amigos me propuso subir hasta Curucuruma.
It was quite fun to go up to the viewpoint🖼️ and then meet my companions in the alcabala📍, because one of my friends proposed me to go up to Curucuruma.
Where we both got competitive🔥 and tried to give everything in some sections, although my friend Lamberth🤝 who accompanied me that time beats me without a doubt;

On the way to Curucuruma⛰️ we stop to recharge water in one of the water intakes of the mountain🚰 and in a matter of nothing we reach our goal🏁;
Llegamos un poco de noche pero ambos teníamos luces🔦 y eso nos permite salir de noche🌃.
We arrived a little at night but we both had lights🔦 and that allows us to go out at night🌃.
Finally I leave you the record of my physical activity of this tour🚲, which I do with the Strava📲 application;
Dónde hice más de 55 kilómetros a una velocidad promedio de 21 kilómetros🕓🏎️ por hora, considerando que un 40% del camino fue subidas⛰️ duras estuvo muy bien todo.
