Esta es la tercera semana de nuestro arcoíris deportivo y, para esta entrega, le traemos noticias de fútbol, atletismo, baloncesto, ajedrez, MotoGP, boxeo y tenis.

El Real Madrid sigue haciendo historia

El club español sacó a relucir toda su experiencia y sin desplegar su mejor juego derrotó a un Borussia Dortmund que fue mejor que su rival durante gran parte del partido, pero, los juegos se ganan por los goles anotados y la grandeza del portero Thibaut Courtois acompañada de la falta de contundencia de cara a portería de los alemanes terminaron por sepultar el sueño de su segunda Copa de Europa.

El niño argentino Faustino Oro sigue haciendo historia

Más allá de estar en desacuerdo con ciertas prácticas, sobre todo con niños, lo cierto es que este prodigio argentino ha conseguido algo que hasta hace poco tiempo parecía imposible y es que con apenas 10 años y unos meses ha conseguido su segunda norma de Maestro Internacional y solo le falta una para lograr tal hazaña. Ninguno de los mejores ajedrecistas de la historia consiguió tal hazaña.

Lo realizado por Francesco Pecco Bagnaia demuestra la calidad de este piloto y refuerza sus intenciones de volver a alcanzar la cima mundial de esta especialidad que en estos momentos están en poder de uno de sus más acérrimos rivales.

Cuba quedó por debajo en los pronósticos de clasificados para los Juegos Olímpicos en el boxeo. Desde que estoy viendo deporte olímpico es la primera vez que asistimos con tan pocos boxeadores y esto complica nuestro objetivo de estar entre los 20 primeros lugares en la cita estival porque este deporte es el que mayor número de medallas aporta al medallero de nuestra delegación.

Cuba asistirá con Julio César la Cruz y Arlen López, quienes han ganado dos títulos olímpicos, y los acompañarán los subcampeones mundiales Erislandy Álvarez y Saidel Horta y Alejandro Claro, medallista de bronce en esas lides.
