Queridos lectores de #Hive y #Lovinhive, emocionada en participar en esta gran iniciativa realizada por @ambarvegas sobre esta gran plataforma de red social y criptomonedas. El propósito de este post es hacer una pequeña reseña sobre Hive para que los nuevos integrantes de esta comunidad tengan un gran compendio de información que les sirva de utilidad en su propio transitar dentro de la plataforma.
Dear #Hive and #Lovinhive readers, excited to participate in this great initiative made by @ambarvegas about this great social network and cryptocurrency platform. The purpose of this post is to make a small review about Hive so that the new members of this community have a great compendium of information that will be useful in their own journey within the platform.
¿Qué es Hive?
Hive es una crypto plataforma descentralizada que soporta varios escenarios digitales, entre los que se destaca la de una red social en la que, al igual que en otras, cualquiera puede hacer comunidad, pero con la diferencia de que se puede monetizar más rápido, incluso desde el primer post. Entre sus objetivos se encuentra apoyar el talento y habilidades que tiene cada individuo ayudándolo a tener su propia marca personal.
What is Hive?
Hive is a decentralized crypto platform that supports various digital scenarios, among which stands out that of a social network in which, as in others, anyone can make community, but with the difference that you can monetize faster, even from the first post. Among its objectives is to support the talent and skills that each individual has, helping them to have their own personal brand.

¿Cómo supe de Hive?
Llegue a esta maravillosa comunidad por mi cuñada @tibaire. Ella siempre anda activa con sus chats y amistades fuera del país. En diciembre de 2020 ella vino a visitarnos y como siempre andaba en su mundo virtual 😂, yo en mi mundo fitness. Ella con su sonrisa me dice: “Jomy, hay una plataforma de red social que se encarga de monetizar el talento a través de la escritura, por qué no te metes, seguro te puede ir bien.” Voy a serles sincera, al principio tenía mis dudas y si no es por ella la verdad no hubiese creído en este hermoso proyecto. Al sentarse y comentarme lo que había monetizado me dejó asombrada y yo dije: “Déjame intentarlo.” Y pues, aquí me tienen, cada día aprendiendo más sobre esta blockchain. A pesar de que ya tengo un poco más de dos meses aún siento que todavía ando en pañales. Es mucho por aprender y procesar.
How did I hear about Hive?
I came to this wonderful community through my sister-in-law @tibaire. She is always active with her chats and friendships outside the country. In December 2020 she came to visit us and as she was always in her virtual world (laughs), I was in my fitness world. She with her smile says to me, "Jomy, there is a social network platform that is in charge of monetizing talent through writing, why don't you get in, I'm sure you can do well." I'll be honest, at first I had my doubts and if it wasn't for her I would not have believed in this beautiful project. When she sat down and told me what she had monetized I was amazed and I said, "Let me try it." So, here I am, learning more and more about this blockchain every day. Even though I'm a little more than two months old, I still feel like I'm in diapers. It's a lot to learn and process.

¿Cuáles eran mis dudas al ingresar a Hive?
Tenía muchas dudas al respecto, sobre todo si era cierto, pero lo que me generó confianza fue el testimonio de mi cuñada. Al principio fue muy difícil para mí. Debo confesarles que me sentí abrumada con toda la información, a pesar de que @tibaire me ha encaminado en todo este mundo virtual igual había cosas que no lograba entender como la plataforma, el maquetado, a qué comunidad debía escribir, los horarios, todo.
What were my doubts about joining Hive?
I had a lot of doubts about it, especially if it was true, but what gave me confidence was my sister-in-law's testimony. At first it was very difficult for me. I must confess that I felt overwhelmed with all the information, even though @tibaire has guided me through this virtual world, there were still things I could not understand, such as the platform, the layout, which community I should write to, the schedules, everything.

¿Cuál ha sido mi experiencia hasta el momento?
La verdad estoy muy contenta de pertenecer a esta hermosa comunidad porque he aprendido mucho en muy poco tiempo. Hive te saca de tu zona de confort, siempre te mantiene alerta y pensando lo que podría publicar y qué cosa podría ser de interés a la comunidad. Me he sentido muy motivada porque me encantan los retos y aprender cosas nuevas todos los días. Me di cuenta de que me gusta escribir por lo que he tomado a Hive como un trabajo al que le dedico gran parte del día. Quiero agradecerle a @danielheve, @enmymente y @ambarvegas por darse la tarea de apoyar este grandioso proyecto y responder todas las dudas, también a @fulldeportes y @fermionico por ser la primera comunidad que tomó en cuenta mi trabajo y por sus oportunos consejos y recomendaciones sobre las buenas prácticas en el desarrollo de las publicaciones. Me gustaría invitar a dos compañeras de la comunidad que les encanta comentar y participar @hexagono6 y @paolazun. Espero sus iniciativas.
What has been my experience so far?
The truth is that I am very happy to belong to this beautiful community because I have learned a lot in a very short time. Hive takes you out of your comfort zone, it always keeps you alert and thinking about what you could publish and what could be of interest to the community. I have been very motivated because I love challenges and learning new things every day. I realized that I like to write so I have taken Hive as a job that I dedicate a big part of my day to. I want to thank @danielheve, @enmymente and @ambarvegas for supporting this great project and answering all the doubts, also @fulldeportes and @fermionico for being the first community that took my work into account and for their timely advice and recommendations on good practices in the development of publications. I would like to invite two fellow community members who love to comment and participate @hexagono6 and @paolazun. I look forward to their initiatives.
Desde mi corta experiencia aquí van algunas recomendaciones:
- Existen muchas comunidades. Siempre habrá una o varias que sean perfectas para tus post. Investiga.
- Realiza un cronograma de las publicaciones.
- Organiza tu tiempo.
- Es mejor publicar un post de calidad que publicar por publicar.
- Al abrir la cuenta, sólo postea, no cometas el error de seguir a otros usuarios, colocar tu fotografía o comentar, porque te quedaras sin recursos para volver a postear. (Yo cometí ese error).
- No votes publicaciones que tengan más de siete días.
From my short experience here are some recommendations:
- There are many communities. There will always be one or more that are perfect for your posts. Do your research.
- Make a schedule of publications.
- Organize your time.
- It is better to publish a quality post than to publish for the sake of publishing.
- When you open the account, just post, don't make the mistake of following other users, post your picture or comment, because you will run out of resources to post again. (I made that mistake).
- Do not vote for posts that are more than seven days old.
Insiste, no te desanimes, si haces bien tu trabajo, créeme que te leerán y en el momento menos pensado te tomarán en cuenta.
