Last Saturday September 17 we had planned to go the hivers of @hiversbqto together with @hispapro visit the high school "Ezequiel Bujanda" in this meetup we were talking all about Hive, the blokchain, web3 and many other things, all the hivers agreed to meet in the afternoon of this day, at 2 pm would begin this meeting for this community to which will be receiving all the information.
Arriving to this community was a challenge in my experience because where we were located which is the east of the city of Barquisimeto to the lyceum was relatively far because it is practically it oste, we took a route to reach the place where we would meet, but as we did not know how to get there or not knowing where the route passed we walked several blocks, When we arrived we met the hivers and our closest friends asked us where we got off because it turns out that the route took another road and then passed in front of the high school, so we walked more, the important thing was to arrive so we could start with the meeting.

Upon arrival, we entered the high school to organize the classroom a little, as the participants arrived, which are all professionals and working in the high school, we started the activity, and our colleague @yonnathang opens the opening of the meeting and welcome everyone and giving brief introductions to the listeners and the general public.

Then begins the presentations with two talented Havers to talk about interesting topics, @jp72924 explained us the trajectory of the blockchain, its economics and how it works, also about the security you have and its reliability, in that same tune enters the stage our dear @saravm82 she touched a very important topic about what is hive? She explained about the conventional web2 networks that many of us use and know, she also talked about the wonders of web3 and decentralization with Hive, covering several important points for us to understand the ecosystem and the growth that can be achieved by making community.

Next comes the third speaker, and our friend @asderhz begins to talk about the scalability that can have each user that makes life within the hive platform, and the support you receive within the blockchain, he also talked about one of the many ecosystem as the games he mentioned #splinterlands, #dcity and #risingstar and so culminating with this point.
Then it was the turn of our friend @jesusalejos to talk about a really important topic, how is the economy, how it works, how long it lasts to receive the reward of the post, and how to change them, he explained it in detail, so much so that I did not know that by discord it was also changed so one learns every day something new and this is very interesting.

With this we culminated with the topics and it was time to hear the experiences of the hivers who already have some time in the hive blockchain in this part began our dear friend @luvilozada followed by @zullyscott each one with a beautiful experience that each one has lived, how hive has transformed their lives.

Then it was the turn of the men to tell our experiences and our friend @filoriologo the wise, who with his knowledge and everything he has learned and has given a great impact on his life.
It was my turn at bat, and for me to speak to the community was very cool, beyond everything we had lived there, with the topics that were given is that hive gives you the freedom, but far beyond, the most important is the whole community in general that makes active life here, to always seek that sense of growth and that you have that support of each user that will give you that hand to grow and grow in community.
And we ended with our friend @neruel inviting everyone to create content, he also talked about his expertise in the blockchain and explaining the content he makes on the platform.

Hola amigos de esta hermosa y prestigiosa comunidad como lo es #LovingHive les doy la cordial bienvenida a mi blog en #hive espero que estés muy bien donde quiera que te encuentres sea con tú familiares o amigos, pásala y disfruta cada momento junto a ellos, te deseo mucho éxito para esta semana que lo que tengas planeado hacer que lo puedas conseguir, comencemos con el post del día de hoy.
El Pasado sábado 17 de septiembre teníamos planificado ir los hivers de @hiversbqto junto a @hispapro visitar el liceo "Ezequiel Bujanda" en este meetup fuimos hablar todo sobre Hive, de la blokchain, web3 y muchas otras cosas más, todos los hivers acordamos vernos en la tarde de este día, a las 2 pm comenzaría esta reunión para esta comunidad a la que estará recibiendo toda la información.
Llegar a esta comunidad fue todo un reto en mi experiencia porque donde nos encontrábamos que es el este de la ciudad de Barquisimeto hasta el liceo era relativamente lejos porque es prácticamente él oste, tomamos una ruta hasta llegar al sitio donde nos reuniríamos, pero como no sabíamos llegar o por no saber por donde pasaba la ruta caminamos unas varias cuadras, hasta llegar al liceo, cuando llegamos nos encontramos con los hivers y nuestros amigos más cercanos nos preguntaron que donde nos habíamos bajado porque resulta que la ruta tomaba otro camino y luego pasaba por frente del liceo, así que camine más, lo importante de todo era llega para que comenzáramos con la reunión.

Al llegar, entramos al liceo para organizar un poco el salón de clases, a medida que iban llegando los participantes, los cuales todos son profesionales y que trabajan en dicho liceo, comenzamos la actividad, y nuestro compañero @yonnathang abre la apertura de la reunión y darle la bienvenida a todos y dando unas breves introducciones para los oyentes y para el público en general.

Luego comienza las ponencias con dos Havers talentos para hablar de temas interesantes, @jp72924 nos explicó la trayectoria de la blockchain, su economía y como funciona, también sobre la seguridad que tienes y su confiabilidad, en esa misma sintonía entra al escenario nuestra querida @saravm82 ella tocó un tema muy importante sobre que es hive? Nos explicaba sobre las redes convencionales de la web2 que muchos de nosotros utilizamos y conocemos, también nos habló de las maravillas de la web3 y la descentralización con Hive, abarcando varios puntos importantes para que entendamos el ecosistema y el crecimiento que se puede lograr obtener haciendo comunidad.

Seguidamente entra el tercer ponente, y nuestro amigo @asderhz nos comienza hablar sobre la escalabilidad que puede tener cada usuario que hace vida dentro de la plataforma de hive, y el apoyo que recibes dentro de la blockchain, también nos habló sobre uno de los tantos ecosistema como los juegos él mencionaba #splinterlands, #dcity y #risingstar y así culminando con este punto.
Luego le tocaba a nuestro amigo @jesusalejos hablar un tema realmente importante, como es la economía, como es su funcionamiento, cuanto tiempo dura para recibir la recompensa del post, y como poder cambiarlos, lo explico con detalle, tanto así que no sabía que por discord se cambiaba también por eso una aprende cada día algo nuevo y esto es muy interesante.

Con esto culminábamos con los temas y era hora de escuchar las experticias de los hivers que ya tienen algún tiempo en la blockchain de hive en esta parte comenzaba nuestra querida amiga @luvilozada seguidamente de @zullyscott cada una con una experticia hermosa que han vivido cada una, como hive les ha transformado sus vidas.

Luego nos tocaba al turno de los hombres de contar nuestras experiencias y entraba nuestro amigo @filoriologo el sabio, que con su conocimiento y todo lo que ha aprendido y que ha dado un gran impacto en su vida.
Era mi turno al bate, y para mí hablarle a la comunidad fue muy genial, más allá de todo lo que habíamos vivido allí, con los temas que se dieron es que hive te da la libertad, pero mucho más allá, los más importantes es toda la comunidad en general que hace vida activa aquí, para buscar siempre ese sentido de crecimiento y que cuentas con ese respaldo de cada usuario que te va a dar esa mano para que crezca y crezcamos en comunidad.
Y terminamos con nuestro amigo @neruel invitando a todos a crear contenido, nos habló también de su experticia en la blockchain y explicando el contenido que él hace en la plataforma.

Así terminamos esta reunión, salimos llenos de aprendizaje, con el compromiso de seguir dando a conocer a hive, como digo promocionarlo es nuestra responsabilidad y estamos trabajando en ello para educar a las personas que quieran entrar y divertirse en esta maravillosa plataforma.

De las actividades que más me gustan de Hive es cuando se hace así cercana en la comunidad, dónde la gente tenga la grandiosa oportunidad de escuchar y aprender según su voluntad, para mí eso es ampliar posibilidades y tener acceso al conocimiento de las cosas nuevas, en lugares como tú dices: un poco lejanos, pero que Hive está presente.

Concuerdo contigo creo que en las comunidades se llega muy bien a las.persomas y que es un trabajo muy bonito porque es donde hacemos es contacto más cercano y de poder explicarles muy bien a los nuevos usuarios que van a entrar a la plataforma.
