Story: ভোট দুই প্রকার - আপ এবং ডাউন
Today, there was a guy came in to the discord channel saying that he is looking for everyone! So the Panda promply said; 'everyone' is not here! (Panda is always honest!)
So the obvious follow up question was;
"where is everyone?"
Panda : People didn't tell where they went. (panda giggles inside: remembers someone recently asked him is he keeping track of people?... why is someone not here?)
Obvious : Urgent need!
Panda: Seek, and thou shall find! (Panda is wise!)
Obvious : Where do we seek, master?.... then abruptly I have no time! If you find them tell them that I am looking for vote!
Panda: says patiently, person who will give vote is busy!
Obvious : Well, you can vote people in your sleep now! WTF??
Panda: says patiently still the 'vote casters' (read qurators) are out of time!
Obvious: I am Azzizul Haq from Madaripur! I write about Kodomful! Why the hell I don't get any vote!
At this point I thought I better step in and ask if I can give some vote! Because I give free vote to those who ask for it. I am like Dumbledore that way! I am an equal opportunity institution! So I was about it do it... but then the Panda ruined it!!

Moral of the Story
I was trying to tell another nice dude that please don't pollute the chain posting 5 posts a day. It is considered spam. There are rare few on the chain who can post 2+ a day and still maintain some kind of basic quality. I certainly can't. I can never even post 1/day consistently! And I am technically a professional writer (in a way). So this dude gets the joke or not I have no clue. But here is the simple thing again:
- Don't put 5 post a day. That's spam. Rare few can do two and still maintain quality.
- Don't beg for vote: There is a saying in Bengali: "Khal Khete Kumir Ana". If you don't understand what that means; ask google
- Don't think about your profit all the time (sometimes is okay, but have some mercy)!
- Put some honest thought forward, and put some real effort into your post. That will create value.
- Have some fun!
I'd very much love to make 4 posts a day, or five even. But the sad thing is, each one of my posts usually takes two-three hours of my time and I won't succeed making more than two even if I wanted to. And that wouldn't be consistent at all. On top of that, It seems like I'm missing days now on a regular basis! So much for multi-posting!
I dream of making two posts a day which seems to me like a milestone to achieve.
It's not like I lack topics to write on, heck, I have seen a few thousands
films and read more or less a thousand books. Not every work of art deserves a review — even considering that if I don't read or watch anything from now on, I can make one post a day for the next five years without breaking a sweat. But the truth is — some days I can't even write one single word, my mind feels dull and stale. I just stare at the keyboard and drifts away inward. Somewhere.
Writing is tiresome and laborious work. I wonder and marvel at people who can make 5 posts, and consistently.

You hit the nail right on the head. It is at least 2 hours of work to put together a basic post. Rarely I get 2 hours of free time everyday. Forget 10!!
That's about it, isn't it? Time is something we can't really produce no matter how hard we try or how much money we have. It's absolutely important to learn how to do time management, utilizing free time effectively.
I don't have that finesse, not yet at least. Perhaps, someday. :)
When someone comes begging/asking/pleading/demanding a vote I often give them the one they hadn't planned for. Just so they can learn that there is indeed two kinds of vote!
Yeah! That is my general intent. Hopefully they get the hint. But I have been taught that “hopefully doth butter no parsnip”

There used to be a thing for that on @hivebuzz back on Steem. Something like 4 posts a day. It seemed overkill, but I don't think it's a thing on Hive.
And I'm glad really.
This was at the very beginning of Steem, when the "maximum 4 posts per day" rule was enforced in the blockchain code.
So the badge was kind of "Oh boy, you reached the limit".

If you are getting any upvotes, then you are indeed lack of quality or more improvement required. Unless they understand this, they will ask this kind of question repeatedly. This is quite simple; if someone posts something valuable, he will definitely get the support.

To tell you frankly I made post 4 times a day but depends on my mood and not all the time. However, I don't beg for upvotes because sometimes I just wanted to write to express my feelings. It's like I'm writing just to make me feel satisfied. Receiving for upvotes will be just a bonus that I didn't expect.
It's funny to read but maybe if I will be the one to read it, it's kind of annoying facing people like that.

That’s quite right. I think I have explained that both verbally and through my actions multiple times. However, it still needs reminding constantly.
Downvotes are still like a taboo for a common user like me. People take it personally. I wish I could downvote some who beg for vote/publish as many like four or five posts a day.
It's not like I want to be sweet to everyone but I think downvote culture is still need to be established.
But yet, after all these some people tend to ignore the fact of realizing, what is actually going on! What odds they did? Can they learn from it?

Realizingit.I believe we can all improve. It just need to have enough incentive. If I tell Saiful gently multiple times that don’t do 4-5 posts a day. He doesn’t listen. He is a big shot, why listen to a guy asking to stop his farming. But when I threaten him that I WILL stop his farming by DV. Well finally he seems to listen. Or at least tries to get is head out of his backside! Pardon my French! ;)

But yeah, in a way he is loosing his reputation for long terms aspect! If he does not see that, he will be in trouble soon enough. Hopefully he gets that before its too late!!
Writing from the heart - that's what I am all about and if that doesn't happen, I cannot write at all.
Rewording, copy paste, explaining what dress you wore or what you ate for breakfast - all that is really frowned upon.
