Redistribution of Wealth

"˹He is˺ the Originator of the heavens and the earth! When He decrees a matter, He simply tells it, "Be!" And it is! (117)" Al-Baqara 2:117

Genesis 1-3: And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light

There was neither non-existence nor existence then;
there was neither the realm of space nor the sky, which is beyond.
What stirred? Where? In whose protection?
Was there water, bottomlessly deep?...... Nasadiya Sukta (Rig Veda)

We create something out of nothing. This has been written in a similar form in most ancient texts (which most call religious texts). I have read partially three such texts and find many common themes like the ones I quoted above. That is not philosophical anymore in crypto. We are creating wealth and financial independence every day.

My simple example, 76 days back, there was no SPS, so there was no value, but today as per my gaming account total market cap of SPS is valued at $220M. Many of us own a small part of it. We clearly have created something out of nothing. This is just a simple and straightforward example for us, but there are numerous others. Essentially all cryptocurrencies are 'created' before their creation there was no value, and after the creation, there is value.

So I have proven that we can create wealth out of thin air. Therefore, we can create financial freedom. I always get asked, is this monopoly money? Can you purchase 'real-life' goods and services from this? Yes, we can!

Ask around BDC, not the top tier leadership; even people who started with the community 3-6 months back are better off financially than when they started. Various degrees, yes, I admit. It is not going to be a 'free lunch. However, can we create wealth without taking anything but the time from an individual? Yes, we can!

I hope people who hang around the community are slightly smarter just by association. Slightly more educated about crypto and web 3.0 intuitively than people out there on the streets of Dhaka or Khulna. Maybe these individuals understand and write better English than 6 months back (I wish better progress were made on this front, but I am demanding!). Therefore, can we create at least some minimal additional skills for people? Yes, we can!

With great power comes great responsibility. I have established that you all have higher capacity compared to when you have started. Please pay it forward. Redistribution of wealth is extremely important for the growth of any society. The countries that have managed to limit excessive inequality are the countries that enjoy higher and sustainable development. It is essential to keep inequality under control. There will always be wealth variation, which is healthy when it is not excessive. It gives people an incentive to do better. But it is crucial for the financially successful, YOU, in other words, to reach out and share your knowledge. You don't necessarily have to share your wealth, but do try to share knowledge. Can we do that? Yes, we can.

It's a jungle out there, or so everyone thinks.

I doubt a porcupine gets judged by its appearance or peacock snickers on every other animal. Do you think a wolf could be a bully? No one knows now, do they? Anyway, who knows what they do. No matter who says what, a porcupine will stay a porcupine and a peacock the same.

I'm guessing everyone is aware of the "All fingers are not the same". You and I will never be the same - not wholly; neither you'll have 100% similarities with your best friend that you have known for years. And yet, even though society is mindful about it, it still wants everyone to be uniform - everyone following the same path in life, following the same traditions, and no room for individuality or divergence. You stand out, you get judged - you try to make your point, you get criticized; maybe that's not the case all the time, but sometimes. And the time comes, you doubt your self-worth and your identity.

"Trying to define yourself is like trying to bite your own teeth" – Alan Watts.

If you think about your life since you were a child, your life may seem planned out for the next 60 years or so. You have to go to school and finish all your degrees by your early 20s and then work your way to what you consider is a success - eventually, settle down. There are goals that you need to see achieved at a certain age - you have your hopes and dreams. But what if your aspirations don't match your peers, or you want different things from life? That is a good thing - you have your own view of life. The ginormous "but" here is what if it isn't acceptable to others around you? You might rebel and go on your own way, or you may crumble under pressure, give in, and join with the rest of them. The paths are opposite but challenging nonetheless.

What if you're not build to follow every instruction that was thrown your way? What if you are to disagree with some traditions and stereotypes that society has conjured? We live in a flawed structure - a structure made by people meant to guide people, yet it tries to rule. Those who are supposed to guide us or be by our side often become our judges - instead of being a supporting hand, those hands push us further deep into the chaos where we become unanimous with others.

There's nothing wrong with being unanimous with everyone - harmony brings prosperity. Major decisions are taken based on how people feel about specific subjects or issues. Even when people may feel the same about a problem, they may have different reasons why they think that way - regardless, their ability to come to a conclusion is what is anticipated.

People will judge you, and you'll judge others as well. It's not uncommon. But to agree with the majority against your own accord is something that should be unacceptable to you. It's easier to lose your own voice among the crowd - finding it is what matters more, and most importantly, having your own identity.

You matter to yourself first.

""Up to a limit""

- @minhajulmredol

Nothing should be grabbed too tight that it slips through our fingers. Rules and regulations should be implemented, but not so strict that everyone gets fed up with that. There should be flexibility and equality during implementation.

Teen age is really a crucial time for anyone's life. Some get misled and hamper their life. Some keep proper control on themselves and stay on track. Families also play a vital role in this stage. Some are so protective with their children that they are willing to keep their children in a cage so they don't mix with bad apples. Let alone bad, these children don't even get the chance to mix with the good ones too. From my personal thought, this is not the proper way to handle children. How long can you keep a leash on them, there comes a time when you must let them go into the open air, and life becomes a struggle for them to survive all of a sudden.

The boy, three houses next to mine, maybe I have seen him once in a month. His existence outside of his home was too limited. He got plenty of home tutors to keep going with his studies. Everything was controlled by his parents, but when he left the city for higher education in a private University, he was out of their reach. I heard a few reports about him, and they were really disappointing. And for those, I would blame the way of his upbringing. Speaking of mine, I was never too confined into rules or responsibilities nor given extreme freedom. I got the chance to mingle with the bad ones and also with the good ones, learned the differences and ways to discipline myself. This should be the proper way, right? Be flexible with them to a limit so they can see the world outside and acquire the skills to navigate it, and not too carefree that they sail away unguided.

- @shahinaubl

তার তাৎক্ষণিক প্রতিক্রিয়ায় তিনি ইংরেজিতে বলেছিলেন "Madam this is what I hate about rickshaw fellows"।

""Wisdom wins""

- @toushik

Some businessmen lived in a town. Wherever they went, they went together for business purposes. Once they planned to travel far, a few days later, they travelled and sold the goods they had taken with them and returned home with a lot of money. On the way, there was a dense jungle, where they reached one early morning, all around was still dark. In that dense forest, two robbers were hiding in the bushes. But the businessmen were not aware of it. The businessmen were still in the middle of the forest; the robbers suddenly came in front of them; they had weapons in their hands. They ordered the businessmen to put down all they had; they had no weapons.

So even though they were outnumbered, they were forced to submit to the robbers. The robbers took everything the businessmen had, including the wristwatch, in their hands. They defeated five businessmen and looted all their belongings. They then ordered the businessman to dance in front of them before returning home. The businessman mourned for their fate. They lost everything, and still, the robbers were not satisfied with the loot and forced them to dance.

Among the five businessmen, one was very smart. He thought of the misfortune that had befallen him and his friends. Thinking about it, he noticed that the robbers had left their weapons on the ground. The robbers started dancing with the businessmen thinking of thoroughly fooled them. Since a businessman had already noticed that the robbers had left their weapons on the ground, he pointed out the same thing to his other friends, and suddenly they jumped on the robbers with firearms. The robbers did not expect it, so they got scared and started running to free themselves from the clutches of the businessmen. In this way, the businessman was able to save themselves and their valuables over time.

Loved reading all the writings.
I agree with the editorial, creating something out of nothing is what we do, in crypto, in general.
Enjoyed the writings of other community members.

I'm going under and this time I fear there's no one to turn to
This all or nothing way of loving got me sleeping without you
Now, I need somebody to know
Somebody to heal
Somebody to have
Just to know how it feels
It's easy to say but it's never the same
I guess I kinda liked the way you helped me escape
Now the day bleeds
Into nightfall
And you're not here........

The saddest part of life is when the person that gives you the best memories becomes a memory. Usually, I'm not a fan of most songs of today. But some songs drive me crazy when I listen to them. And this is a great song, and I can relate to the words as I'm sure many others can, too, for any reason at all. This one is so touching. I've been listening to it all day, over and over again. And yeah, the voice is absolutely giving me goosebumps. You guys have a fabulous voice, @sarashew @whileatwiltshire :))

Thanks for the compliment :') and yes, this song really hit differently from time to time :')

@kinab , thank you for that watercolor painting, bring me back a lot of memories.

I don't know how many times you have seen 'chokhudan' in action, and if you heard of or been to Kumartuli, but I used to as a kid. Few times dad took me there, then as an adult I used to go and spend hours there. I never knew what the driver was. I still don't, but that is one of the most rewarding this I have done and miss.

Especially the expression and the gaze looking through the bottom of the eye glass is the exact posure I remember...its wonderfully done!

Your most welcome dada, I feel honored, these memories of childhood are quite memorable and rare. I haven't seen 'chokhundan' properly but I have made a visit to Kumartuli quite a lot of times. Thank you so much dada for your praise, I am delighted and feel honored.

The robbers started dancing with the businessmen thinking of thoroughly fooled them.

They were not robbers, just dumb men with guns. 😅
