Worst Experience

I don't remember when was the last time I faced a viva. Recently one was hanging on my head, I was pretty nervous because having a formal conversation is sometimes uncomfortable for me but the relief is that it's going to be an online one and just audio, no video.

See this, I spent the whole night preparing myself, I can't lose the opportunity to create a good impression on the people I admire. There were two difficult things to overcome, one is basic and the other is funny, very few of you might have faced that situation. The first one is the question and answers section. They were to ask me a few questions and I had to answer them to get some marks. As I stumbled in my written exam, I was trying to aim for full marks here. And that's my preparation visible in that picture, we always work hard the night before the exam, something exceptional works within us in those hours, lol.

Ok, the second difficulty was to stay formal, we were asked to call our interviewer 'Sir' but the thing is that the interviewer I was assigned was someone whom I called Bhai aka brother thousands of times. Whenever his name hits my mind there is always a Bhai word with that. So I had written how to formally greet him. You can say I had to prepare well for that viva. Yes, I did. What are the results? Wait a minute, moving on to the misfortune.

I did start well and was going as per my plan and preparation. I could answer the questions he asked, but after the third one I wasn't hearing anything, I was asking for his response, and then a notification popped up saying, "You lost your internet connection" but within ten to fifteen seconds it was restored but I was kicked out, my turn was over.

I was boiling with anger and felt like tearing down everything in front of me. Somehow I controlled myself. That network drop was so unexpected and sudden that it left me perplexed and I experienced an awkward situation. Don't know what will be their impression after seeing me lost midway, waiting for the results to be published.
