THE LIFE EXPERIENCE

Imagine if we are all on a gigantic ship.

In this ship, there are different chambers and suites.

The upper, luxurious suites are for the wealthy guys.

And the lower, less-classy chambers are for the poor and middle class.

Then as we sail through a very big ocean – say pacific,

a strong titanic capsized our ship.

Sinking, everybody is fighting for their life.

Some are already drowning to death.

But fortunately, many are still floating

and having a good fight against the powerful oceanic waves.

Then suddenly, some lifeboats started to appear.

Our hope is rejuvenated as we can’t wait to be rescued.

Then as we are being loaded into the lifeboats,

some people are still in the water – refusing to get on.

In fact, they don’t care if they eventually die.

They care not if they’d be drowned and taken away by the slaps and waves of this scary water body.

“Why?”

we asked.

It turns out that they don’t want to get the dirty ocean water on their dress.

They also don’t want to sit next to the poor and middle class because they don’t want to stain their nice outfits.

They prefer to die than to be in the same level as the middle class.

You might find this unbelievable, but it is completely realistic.

People are so programmed and brainwashed into classism and greed

that it’s difficult for them to embrace innovation unless it has a tag on it.

Something that will bring about exclusiveness and say;

“With this innovation, you’ll be better than your next door neighbour.”

Anything less, people don’t want it.

That’s why people are so addicted to portraying fake images of themselves that aren’t true.

They buy what they can’t afford,

with money they don’t have,

to impress people they don’t even know.

Until we break away from this greedy and selfish mentality, we will never go out of calamities as a people.
