First Scene

I have heard about cryptocurrency from my student life but I can't recall the exact time. It was Bitcoin. While first time I heard about it, I just understood that it's a currency which one has no physical existence.

I was a little bit shocked that how a currency hold its security on virtual transactions. I might read a newspaper article, tried to understand, but not cleared.

That time I had no idea, not even any interest, about the blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and money market. So I skipped. I thought, as it is named crypto, it must be cryptic.

নামই যার 'গুপ্ত' (crypto)
তার অর্থ বুঝতে গেলে
বিবেক হবে লুপ্ত

Second Scene

As an engineer, I had no enough idea about money circulation, financial market and other relevant issues. But I got employed on a bank, and started post graduation on banking. It was the first time I started to study and thinking about that issues.

After a long period of time, in the mean time I changed my job from banking to teaching, I found one of my colleagues who always captured photos specially when we went to have some food in any restaurant.

Oneday I asked him, and he told about steem. He helped me to open an account on steem. I also started to post on steem. It was the time about one year ago.

I earned some steem but had no idea about its transaction. And the real matter was that I had no believe on my wallet. I thought that currencies were useless. So I lost my interest and stopped using steem within 02 months.

Third Scene

Coronavirus had started its disaster. We left college and stayed at home. My colleague, who introduced me with steem, asked me sometimes about steem. I always replied that had I failed to keep faith on that currency. He laughed.

Oneday he told me to send my steem dollars to him. I sent. He sold and send me the money. I became surprised that such person existed who bought those useless currencies! I deplored for the gay silently.

এসব দিয়ে করবেটা কি
হাতি-ঘোড়ার ডিম!

Fourth Scene

After selling Steem, I started to believe that sometime this currency is sold. So I decided to restart blogging on steem blockchain.

My colleague informed me Tasteem was no more. It was a bad news for me. Because I used to write Tasteem food review only. এখন আমার কি হবে! RIP Tasteem.

But I came to know that there are a lot of communities (even I didn't know about communities!) to write. So I started writing blogs about lifestyle, literature, traveling etc. on different communities specially #BDCommunity.

From that time I wish if the Hive price raises, I will sale my HBD and Hive tokens. But the matter of great sorrow that always luck play Hadudu with me (সর্বদা ভাগ্য আমার সাথে হাডুডু খেলে). Whenever the price falls, on that time I require some money and need to sale hive. So the fluctuation of the Hive prices always kick me.

That's why now I don't care about the price. Because I know:

যতই আমি বলি: দাম বাড়বি কি না বল!
ভাগ্যের কাছে সবসময় তবু আমিই ফুটবল।
