I hate this challenge Barbara - you have taken all the E's I probably would have known, apart from the word Equilibrist, which I have never heard before 🤣
As I said in another comment this week - your challenge teaches me some new English vocabulary, so I'll have to search and find some E-things nobody would think of ... hopefully 😉

Hahaha ! this is the advantage of being the post announcer, I do it first 😄
But then, you can challenge yourself to take a same subject but done differently, or with a very beautiful & aesthetic photo,
for example the eye : I decided to present one I had painted because I am a painter and also this will let the field free for other propositions around the eyes too (why not eyebrow..? 😉 ) that can be photographed in multiple creative ways, and it can be this of an human, or an animal or whatever else
Another tip : as we are sometimes learning interesting words with this challenge, you could also propose a german word if you think it's worth it and you have an idea on how to present it (last week @txatxy had spanish words...why not if it is not the whole hunt ?)
It was my pleasure to show you I had much appreciated your engagement, and I believe you on the fun you had, because it gave us also much to have this interaction together 😉

That is very true what you say, and why shouldn't you have this advantage? At least you cannot win ;) lol
This is a challenge and a challenge should be challenging.
Of course I could stretch a rope over a gorge and tell my wife to balance over the gorge so I can take a picture 😉, but I think I have to come up with something special for this letter "E", because vowels are also something special among the letters.
Or I could make something very simple ... means, I have not a tiny little bit of an idea yet what I could do 🙄😂

Is the actual contest separate from the draw? i.e. is there a winner who has the most imaginative blog for the particular letter? Then there would be 2 sets of winners, the contest, then the draw? Was unclear about that. Didn't hear of anyone winning the blog "D" contest.

Well, this is not really a contest but rather a game, that's why I called that a "hunt" and not a contest or a challenge,
there are really no price to win, just the pleasure to have a theme for an entertaining post,
BUT, to add some more fun, I make a draw between all the participants that have posted in the FEEL GOOD community (a way to reward those who post in my small community rather than to post in the big ones)
This way, there is no challenge to be the best, if someone win something this is by luck 😊 I don't like to have to choose between participants, and this would be much more work for me to choose winners, which equal to much less fun for me...and that is contrary to the purpose of "feeling good", isn'n it ? 😁

Perfect. Yes, it does answer my question. I didn't see anything, so was just wondering. A draw is the best way because everyone has unique ideas on the same topic or interprets it differently. I will try to enter next week.

I appreciate you taking the time to explain your drawing game. As you say, it's a feel good type of game where you really are forced to look around you and think about things you overlook each day or didn't remember seeing. The reward is creating a blog for others to see your writing.

I love your letter E photos! Equilibrist will be a unique word that most of us won't have! I hope he made it across the without getting wet. They are amazing photos.

I was extremely lucky with the equilibrist, browsing my archives and had totally forgot this photo (I love it when I find back some of my photos I have not seen for a very long time...)...
and when I saw him, I was like praying that the translation will not give me a totally different word than in french, as it often happens, because I thought "équilibre" in french is "balance" in english , so it might not work...🤨 !
so you can imagine my joy
when I read that équilibriste is also equilibrist in english 🤩 ! ---->
BTW the equilibrist was not over the water, he was over the sand with the lake in background, so no risk to be wet 😉
The picture does appear to have him walking on water!
I dropped a bottle of frankincense essential oil on the floor of my bathroom yesterday. It shattered and today my bathroom still smells overpowering delightful! I didn't think to take an E photo! 😁
yes...for the picture, I took it on that purpose, I thought it would be great to have the feeling he is walking on water 😊

Thank you @nelinoeva ! I found the E not easy, but they are some other words left that can be found...it's cool to get sharpened in our choices as the alphabet progresses and our senses get more trained to spot words and objects 😊
I have so many words with letter F for next week that I found while looking for the C last week, this is so fun !
Same with me, I was looking for E longer than for the previous entries. Also I am thinking ahead about next letters. 😀😉 It is getting more exciting with each round.

Well...I like the fact that there is a possibility for a person to win by luck, even to win each time, because there is nothing subjective in that, it's not like a judged challenge where often the same would win because they are the more talented and then the other are discouraged, or even the talented ones that would not dare to participate whether they want to allow other to win, or because they won't win just because they have always won a few times and now the judges will not let them win even they are the best...

I know this is a bit confusing, because once your post is published, it will appear "Feel Good" at the place you had written "hive-190931"
