Some Austrian men wear Kilts sometimes for fun when they have Highland games or such. I can tell you that some of these don't wear anything under the Kilt.
I haven't seen it myself though, but I have heard it from a few girls who had a look, they said ;)

I cannot confirm that, because I have never tried to wear a skirt. Maybe I should ask my daughter if she can lend me one of her skirts 😉

I posted a knight wearing metal chain mail, too. It might be protective, but it certainly does not look very comfortable!

It was wonderful to be greeted with the words 'Kia Ora' in your blog Barbara as it took me back to my birth place in a instant. I really miss New Zealand and long to go back again when restrictions have eased, allowing us to travel overseas once more.
