I mentioned Authentic Hadith in my previous comments. Since you're not a Muslim, I'll explain here:

Hadith is the words & actions of the Prophet Muhammad passed down to us. Authentic Hadith means the chain of narrators passing it down is proven to be righteous & honest.

    This is similar to #EarlyBuddhism, the language that the #Buddha spoke in (Pali) didn't have a written aspect of it until years later.
