Morning

A warm, sunny Sunday in Ljubljana — the kind that makes you want to be outside from the moment you wake up.

First order of business: doggy walk and morning coffee at Ludus bar in Spodnje Črnuče. A relaxed start, good coffee, good mood.

Midday

Another doggy walk, this time along the Sava river near the Tenis društvo ob Savi tennis courts. The river path at midday in the sun — hard to beat.

Afternoon run

The main event. A proper long pace run — the rule was simple: 10 km or 1 hour, whichever came later. No shortcuts.

It was one of those runs where the legs and the head are in agreement from start to finish. The sun, the pace, the rhythm — all aligned.

Evening

One more doggy walk to close out the day. A full, well-rounded Sunday.

Day 3 of May. The bar is at 3,000 steps. With 17,000 steps on the counter, it was cleared more than five times over. The streak is alive and well.
