My Actifit Report Card: June 4 2020

Zadzwoniła do mnie babcia, tfu wysłała smsa czy może zadzwonić, więc zaraz dzwonię, a ta pyta się 'gdzie, można podpisać listy poparcia tego Trzaskowskiego, u nas na osiedlu nigdzie nie zbierają. Nie chcemy się z dziadkiem ruszać, ale nie możemy patrzeć na te świństwo, które chcą mu zrobić'. Zdziwiony polityczną zgodą moich kochanych dziadków, nie pozostało mi nic innego jak tylko wydrukować listę i zawieść ją dziadkom po robocie. Zabrałem też żonę i wyszła fajna przejażdżka. Mam tylko nadzieję, że jutro nogi dadzą radę.

Well, my grandma called me today and asked me 'where we can sign the lists of approval for presidential candidate Trzaskowski, nobody in our neighbourhood collects them'. 'We don't want to go out unnecessarily, but we can't stand the wickedness, that they want to do to him', she added. In order to explain few things, in Poland an elections were to be held in early May, but because of the coronavirus it didn't happen. The opposition changed a candidate, but this new one has to collect signatures of approval in the amount of 100k. The Polish authorities in order to make life harder for their main competitor passed new law and announced new elections in a way this new candidate has to collect his 100 thousand signatures in 7 days. What is more, they also changed the form to exclude early collection. Back to main story, I was genuinely surprised by political unison of my grandparents. So, I had no other choice but to print the form/list and drop it by my grandparents. Took my wife with me and it turned out to be a fine trip. I just hope my legs will work tomorrow.
