It is finally out :) the process lasted a bit longer than planed, but that is how it usually goes, probably.
I could probably say that it is my first music video.

i dont really understand the lyrics because that is not my language but i did watch the whole video and i liked how you developed the character, starting slower and giving it more strenght with the music...
correct me if i'm wrong but the other girl gives a sense of duality to the story telling, i loved the scene with the water followed with the fire, it tells how the girls are opossites but at the same time one takes care of the other... i liked that duality
the initial idea was to film everything with one girl in white and black (it was too complicated and we could not do some stuff so it changed :) ) so you are pretty close to it. Understanding the lyrics would give a bit different perspective but yes it is duality and kinda a inner struggle.
Lyrics are form an old poem, with mother saying to Anča to stay at home and not go to the dance. She will be fine at home. It escalates to a bit of a tragic event (not really explained why in the lyrics :) ). so it could be 2 scenarios. where she does not listen and goes, or the end scene where she decides to listen and stay home.

I like that backlight and those changes of slides with people standing in the background are a bit "scary"... :)

Martin (@klapklapklap if he didn't lost the keys :) ) guitar player wrote the initial story (he also did music for the song). Then we kinda improvise with what can we shoot and how :)
So by the definition he would probably be the director and i was filming and editing.
But you know how it goes in Serbia with no budget, (i think we spend 30-40$ on lights, not sure maybe it was some kind of compensation :) ) everyone is everything you need.
Our fire special effects person was the bass player. He had the lighter 😂
Next one should be a stop motion, with the singer and girl in the black making everything needed for it. Yes non of us ever did stop motion :)

Jokes aside, it looks great and I know that it was small or had no budget at all, which makes it even more worth admiring... As I said, it looks great, and keep going!
considering that the other part had fire wood it was a possibility :) burning the actresses was a smaller possibility but we did had water :D
