I was recently talking about going to the next level in my music goals. A follower DM me on Instagram requesting me a piano tutorial for him to learn and play my piano arrangement.

Since he doesn’t know how to read music, I offered to record a "falling notes" video. He agreed so I started this new project. It is new to me because I haven’t done that before. I had some challenges at the beginning for my pc wasn’t working perfectly. But finally I was able to do it and here are the results.

To be honest, I’m not sure why people like this kinds of videos to learn a song, I actually don’t use this method because to me is a little bit useless. But anyway, people like and have been requesting me this kind of stuff so I’ll be working on more tutorials for my subs.

I use two different softwares in order to get theses results. The first one is Ableton; I used it to record and export my midi file with the piano sound. The second one is SeeMusic; I use it to make the falling piano notes, and these light effects.

I imported the midi and audio file to SeeMusic and this software makes the magic. I really like and find it useful to people who wants to learn to play this way.
