Today i'm going to sing a most popular and famous folk song of our country called, "khacar vitor ochin pakhi" by Lalon Fakir. Lalon, also known as Fakir Lalon Shah, Lalon Shah, Lalon Fakir (17 October 1774 – 17 October 1890), was a prominent Bengali philosopher, author, Baul saint, mystic, songwriter, social reformer and thinker in Kushtia in present-day Bangladesh.

Hoy voy a cantar la canción folclórica más popular y famosa de nuestro país llamada "khacar vitor ochin pakhi" de Lalon Fakir. Lalon, también conocido como Fakir Lalon Shah, Lalon Shah, Lalon Fakir (17 de octubre 1774-17 de octubre de 1890), fue un destacado filósofo bengalí, autor, santo Baul, místico, compositor, reformador social y pensador en Kushtia, en la actual Bangladesh.

Meaning of the song:
In this song, the author has highlighted the close relationship between soul and body. Here the human body is compared to a bird's cage and the soul to a bird. Just as a cage has no value without a bird, so a human body has no value without a soul. The importance of the soul for the body is explained in this song. Since there is no destruction of the soul, it moves from one body to another. This is why the author says how can an unidentified bird come inside the cage?

En esta canción, el autor ha destacado la estrecha relación entre el alma y el cuerpo. Aquí el cuerpo humano se compara con la jaula de un pájaro y el alma con un pájaro. Así como una jaula no tiene valor sin un pájaro, el cuerpo humano no tiene valor sin un alma. La importancia del alma para el cuerpo se explica en esta canción. Como no hay destrucción del alma, se mueve de un cuerpo a otro. Por eso el autor dice ¿cómo puede entrar un pájaro no identificado dentro de la jaula?
