Our recording studio just turned 3 years old

Hello dear musicians, music lovers and HIVE family!

We are very happy to announce that Recording Box is celebrating its third anniversary. We all know how hard lockdown and COVID restrictions have been on small businesses, so we want to express how incredibly fortunate and thankful we are of being in business.

Today, we'd like to highlight and say thank you to three music projects that have decided to record with us, thus supporting the studio:

Wrong

@wrongband is a three piece progressive rock who are recording drums for their first studio production this weekend!

We finished setting up drums on Thursday and have spent the past three days in the studio tracking drums.

As a gift to Wrong, our dear friend and designer Edgar made this awesome sticker of Aleister Crowley for the kick drum.

we'll be sharing info, photos and videos of the recording process in the coming weeks.

Oricalkos

Oricalkos is also an amazing prog rock act, with more of a metal feel. @bexe is the band's lead guitar player, vocalist and producer. He represents Oricalkos here on HIVE.

They are currently recording their second studio album here at Recording Box.

Ukewewe

@palimanali and Cecilia Glass have come put together a beautiful musical project to connect with the planet, with the universe, with each other. The members of Ukewewe are:

1. Cecilia Esperanza Glass
2. @palimanali
3. Agüita a.k.a Raúl

Ukewewe are using ukelele, panwewe (a chamanic drum), seeds, bells, clay whistles and other acoustic instruments in their music.
