Now this is Trance
Hiya fellow music lovers - today an introduction of a guy from Israel that captured me today with his mixes. To categorize (which I usually do not like) this music could be simply called Trance, very vibrant Trance that makes you wanna move bones. Just realized this guy is in the business around 20 years already. So time to give him a place on our blockchain.
Astrix is DJ and producer and focuses on so-called psychedelic emotional uplifting trance - I have to admit I became a fan after only listening to 40 minutes of his mixes.
Who is Astrix? Not Asterix
Many mix the name up with the French comic creation - our Astrix has been born as Avi Shmailov and reached the status to be seen as part of the most influential Israeli musicians. He was born in Moscow and raised in Tel Aviv. He started his career actually in 1995, the name Astrix was born in 1997, he plays tons of festivals and does live gigs virtually and in clubs. His vibes are a bit similar to the ones I love from my fellow German Paul van Dyk - to me a perfect music act.
I hope you also love his trance sounds with bumping basslines.
