Some massive snow drifts in the steep backcountry around Lotte Arai. Hard to appreciate the scale here but they are the tops of trees sticking out. Lotte is a relatively new ski resort development west of Myoko looking over the Sea of Japan in Honshu.

Well, everything is pretty boring here in Russia, the tightening of restrictions on mass events for the New Year holidays and so, people around me get sick from time to time. Like everywhere else now I guess. I think the situation with the number of cases is worse than according to official data, but a complete lockdown, like in the spring, is not announced - and this is good. Life goes on, however :)
And how are things around you?
You need to stake more BEER (24 staked BEER allows you to call BEER one time per day)
