I was enjoying a Sublime Sunday doing one of my favorite things, which is having morning coffee on the back porch. One of my others is having some time to take photos of our feathered friends at the feeders.
But low and behold, this morning we had a thief! A bold, brazen, broad daylight thief! This bird had no feathers, but fur. I was able to get a few photos before Betty the Monster puppy discovered us and chased it away.
Maybe if I just hide behind this feeder....
How about just a little taste?

Well, I didn't claim the thief wasn't "bothered". Betty the Monster does not behave that well yet... I just said it wasn't "harmed". There was definitely a bit of chase across the porch and increased heartbeats involved. lol
yes, you are not harmed by Betty the Monster, because you managed to capture up to 9 photos of the thief. But whether it's Betty the Monster, she's still new there. I'm curious about him, he must be really funny and impressive

Such a cute little one and our squirrels also climb down the thin ropes to the bird feeders. So I got clever and I made the rope thinner and longer. Lo and behold, the next day there was a squirrel on the feeder.

For some reason I could picture that squirrel wearing a bandit mask. You got some really cool shots of this critter, they are fast moving and twitchy but so are you with fast speed action to catch those images!

Good images, capturing them must be a little difficult because of the speed at which they walk.
Thanks this one actually pretty still. Sitting on the feeder until the dog chased him away. He would flip around a bit from one side to the other before spooked, and then he was gone.
