i love birds of prey ... in south africa we had so many. when wheat fields were harvested the sky would be full of birds of prey from hawks, kestrel, buzzards to eagles milling around waiting for disturbed rodents, lizards etc. was a photographers dream.
I to love them but never had much success with getting shots of them in the past
I have seen some photographers from South Africa with amazing bird of prey shots, so I can agree it must be a photographers dream
