My dog Gigi is now a big puppy but her age is 6 months. Obviously, the growth of a labrador retriever is much faster than other breed dogs so my dog is growing so far. She loves jumping, chewing clothes, and love to draw on the wall which is pretty annoying for me and I think for her too because of the 12-meter square apartment. But we both are adjusting in this apartment and trying to adjust to space too.
Gigi is an outdoor dog and I knew it from the beginning before adopting her. They are not made for a small apartment and they do a lot of adjustment too. I haven't bought any cage for Gigi so far because I think she still needs to adjust to the apartment environment which she is trying...
This is her favorite place. I don't take her out if it is too cold because after coming home, she feels sick. Her immunity system is still building and not fully grown so I have to take good care of her health. Besides she is becoming slim too so I am thinking to visit her doctor soon.
Just look at her and how she tries to explore the world. Sometimes I give her company too and we both see the outside world together...
The color of her coat has changed a lot, she was white completely but now fawn color and I consider her as a yellow Lab...
Her paws are adorable too...
She has a photogenic face too and not too hard to take her pictures. But if she is outside, she won't listen to anyone.
I was trying to notice her activities, what she exactly watch through the window and I found my answer.
She actually watches everything, the blue sky, snowfall, birds, humans, and buildings. I always have to keep my eyes on her when the window is completely open because I live on the 7th floor and there is a high chance of any kind of incident. I also notice her psychology whether she is depressed or not but after noticing for a few days continuously, I understood that she loves to explore and that's why I call her philosopher...
She loves silent quiet environments and she doesn't even like any kind of noise or noisy environment...
The good thing is she doesn't touch my plants and I think she knows how much I love my plants. Overall Gigi is a good dog and an honest friend. My boyfriend loves her a lot and she also accepted him as a friend. They both go out for a walk and play with each other.
I have said before that Gigi changed my life a lot. Yes, it is true that raising a Lab puppy is not an easy job and I realized that already. But she is a quick learner and understands my command too. This winter is a little bit tough for her but I am sure next winter will be amazing for her. I will assure her that from the next winter, she doesn't need to look at the outside like this because she will get enough outdoor activities and will have her own space too...
