'Dialectical' is such a important/useful way to think about the world... especially with the current state of affairs. Mental health and well-being can be unlocked with a single word... I find this so interesting. Don't you? Being able to use our minds more constructively... well! That really can take us places! Good places! New and better ways to think... that's the gift a word can give... and when we use them well they become gifts we give to others as well!
