Someone reported the account as possible identity theft because of a lack of verification and a lack of linking on social media. I requested a few times for the verification, but the account ignored HW comments while it was communicating with others on the blog.

Since the comments were ignored and no verification was added on Instagram, I concluded that that is likely identity theft and blacklsited the account.
Itis unfortunate that the user only bothered to respond once it noticed the blacklist.
