I don't know how someone can pay taxes if he/she is facing continuous loses due to the ongoing bearish market. In an uncertainity space such as cryptos paying tax to government just for holding some is not a right thing. There must be a system backed by government that continuously analyses the market condition and levies a systematic tax on investors. The problem is they don't understand anything!
