RE: INTRODUCE YOURSELF: I AM A NEW PIONEER

in #introduceyourself6 years ago (edited)

From what I can deduct from your words... This is very sad. But remember @steem.moon! You have a choice. You and only you can define your life. No one else can do that. Choosing your own identity puts the power back in your hands. Don't let other people think they have that control in your life. The main thing is that you know who you are... and your not afraid to be genuinely yourself. Know your worth and walk away from the people who can only find their worth by dragging others down to their level. When your surrounded by small minds... it requires big thinking.

Don't let anyone make you into a victim because in the end... We are all not better than the other anyone else... and neither are we less than anyone else.

Feeling successful is pretty important. You are right about that. Just make sure your clearly defining what success means for you... Don't let other people tell you what it is... It's your life. You get to decide! That's the best thing about this life... Don't you think? :)

Another thing I wanted to mention here @steem.moon is that it is definitely a cultural thing (and we are all programmed genetically) to believe that finding someone who loves us is "success".

But, in reality, their are so many levels and different types of success. It is wise to be very careful with love because love is like a fire... it can keep you warm at night but it can also burn you.

Healthy love always begins with loving yourself. This is the key to finding someone who really loves who you for who you are.

And another thing! Your value doesn't come from someone else loving you... but rather, your value comes from loving yourself enough to be you.

I hope you understand what I'm trying to say here... Because fundamentally, in my opinion, it's the difference between living a fulfilled and happy life... and not.
