Cats have 32 muscles that control the outer ear (compared to human's 6 muscles each). A cat can rotate its ears independently 180 degrees, and can turn in the direction of sound 10 times faster than those of the best watchdog.

Whoa, this got extremely biological, fast. Don't think for a second I won't be parading around the fact that I know all about the 32 muscles felines have hidden in their ears. I will make someone looks extremely stupid tomorrow (preferably right after church) for assuming that cats only have a couple muscles governing their ears. I plan to report back here in full details. Thanks @catfacts.

Cats are extremely sensitive to vibrations. Cats are said to detect earthquake tremors 10 or 15 minutes before humans can.

You can't stop the @catfacts once they start rolling. I've asked it multiple questions and only gotten crazier facts back in response.

I see, however, there is one question I've had for a while and clearly we have a cat expert on hand, so.. Alright catfacts, so like, the dog happily humps my leg, what's your deal? Why no leg humping? Not that I'm into that, but, ahhh, just answer the damn question.

Haha good luck. Cat may have lost interest, what else is new?

Teehee @pdxlove, very subtle, well done :)
