The one with the highest votes did not place this time around. It is a factor in deciding the winner, but not the only factor.
Seria bueno eliminar ese 25% por votos ya que si afecta y pone en desventaja a las personas nuevas que desean participar. Solo una simple recomendación y éxitos en este concurso, fue una excelente iniciativa.
