El anonimato y el silencio se relacionan con aquellos que no dejan huellas; aunque igual es difícil pensar que haya alguien que no las deje...¡En fin!, hoy quiero hablarles sobre mi heroína silenciosa. Ciertamente ella es muy callada, aunque a veces ladra.

Pienso que un héroe no debería tener nacionalidad, ni raza, ni posición política. Los héroes derriban esas barreras artificiales que separan, que dividen o segregan. Un verdadero héroe, a mi parecer, une destinos y reconcilia caminos.

Las heroínas también, sin necesidad de ser la contraparte masculina de la forma arquetípica del héroe, forman esa legión mágica de personajes que enaltecen y recrean, en un primer momento, la infancia, para luego integrarse a nuestro ideario de ejemplos y patrones que por el valor que le otorgamos las integramos a nuestra personalidad.

Vino a mi vida muy pequeñita, apenas tenía meses de nacida. Mi esposo la adoptó una tarde, hace ya más de 5 años. Antes, se me había muerto una perrita porque contrajo la erliquia, una enfermedad que transmiten las garrapatas. La raza de Sara es Pitbull con Mastín. También le hicimos su control de vacunación y su historial médico con el veterinario.

She came into my life very little, she was barely months old. My husband adopted her one afternoon, more than 5 years ago. Before, I had died a dog because she contracted the erlic, a disease transmitted by ticks. Sara's breed is Pitbull with Mastiff. We also did her vaccination control and her medical history with the vet.

Cuando mi esposo estaba enfermo, Sara acompañó nuestra tristeza. Hacía con nosotros los paseos por la comunidad. Ella le seguía el paso lentamente, porque él ya no podía caminar rápido. When my husband was sick, Sara accompanied our sadness. She would go on walks around the community with us. She kept pace with him slowly, because he could no longer walk fast.
