It takes a lot of self control and determination to quit on something. On my recent travel to Philippines, there is a picture of man skinny had breathing difficulties and a tiny baby on the packet of a cigarette and there is a warning that says cigarette is dangerous to your health. It can cause lung cancer or premature babies. There are more pictures, all depicting how cigarette is harmful for you.
