Setting goals is the best thing to get optimization for our work !! A month ago , I've took a resolution to build up my profile in steemit by toiling day i and day out . I wrote my resolution on a paper and stuck it to the wall . Every time I notice it , fire burns in me to reach the goal ..It makes me to work harder
