Berlin Easter Protests, Israel Takes to the Streets Against Bibi over Passover

in #lifelast year (edited)

Seems like the people of Germany, faced with a government determined to push war in the Ukraine to the last Ukrainian, exemplified by Analena Baerbock's statement that Germany was in it to win it regardless of the will of voters, and the absolute silence from Germany on the US destruction of it's Nordstream pipeline, have decided to try again to take control of their government.

"Huge Easter protests all over Germany. In sum over 3 mln people. They demand removing the USA from Europe, stop any support for Ukraine and reconfiguring German policy from transatlantic towards Russia and China."

AT least the Polizei haven't started sweeping them off the streets with water cannon. Yet.

Sort:

nothing in the news ...

Shocking.

BTW, I just added the massive protests ongoing in Israel to the post. What do you think of Germany and Israel both protesting the postwar paradigm? Does that signal a shift in public opinion regarding our acceptance of political propaganda globally?

Thanks!

The young in Israel are eventually going to learn you can't go on an apology tour unless you are willing to forfeit your country. The Arabs will demand nothing less in order for peace to be achieved. I've said it dozens of times that those countries have the most valuable resource on the face of the earth and it's not oil. If they'd stop fighting each other, packaged and sold their religion and culture they'd all be rich. Instead it's one of those bite your nose off to spite your face things. I really hate to see Israel after all the hardliners have done passed this earth but kumbaya doesn't play well over there.

As far as Germany goes that's what happens when covid kills off enough seniors to historically turn Germany blue for the first time in decades. They figured they needed a four percent die off but they did it with something like 2.7 percent. What you going to do when you have the young indoctorinated that we have to save the planet from climate change that is just the normal course for the planet. Obviously they can't add either because 2 + 2 isn't adding up to 4, switching from one source of natural gas to another doesn't help the climate it just allows those in power and their cronies gain better profit margins. They also can't stop to ask just how is it that sanctions were recently put on diesel fuel coming from Russia on Feb 5 of this year. I mean really this has to be a historic first when your enemy sends you the diesel fuel to get the weapons to the front lines being used against them. When you bring this up to those on the left you get comments like cool story bro, it really leaves you at a loss for words how gullible they can be. I see it with my own kids, prompted them to go vote and they voted for the democrats. This year I asked them how they liked those reduced tax returns with all those big credits lowered. They don't want to hear it from me they'd rather I just shut up about politics, they have more respect for the people leading them than their own parents. We're the ones who got it wrong they think but it was mostly the democrats who sold out the country but somehow they think they'll fix it.

"...kumbaya doesn't play well over there."

Indeed. There's no apologists, rather doubling down on the genocide. IDF raiding Al Aqsa Mosque and roving bands of rabble attacking Christians alike.

Voting is choosing between the noose and the guillotine. Either way, you're accepting what's offered in exchange for your rights.

do you have a source? I literally can't find anything of that scale in Berlin at the moment.

Al Mayadeen

That was not my original source, and it appears the number was inflated by 3 orders of magnitude by my source.

"Huge Easter protests all over Germany. In sum over 3 mln people."

It makes me sad that I am so easily misled by my naivety. This is another example that we should always verify by going to the source. Thanks for demonstrating that. Hopefully I'll be more diligent as a result of my embarrassment.

Edit: revised the headline. Thanks!
