I go for the first time to his blog, @Chbartist, thanks to a post by @nothus. I already knew something earlier translated by @nothus, and I've decided to read it directly.
I observe three reflections/suggestions to get to know each other better and to surpass each other that I fully share. By tinting a little what it says, I can add that, both in the discovery of the type of person we are and in the openness to criticism, we can conceive of the need to question ourselves. It is a kind of exercise in self-irony through which we see ourselves critically, as one who sees oneself in the mirror as one another, distances oneself and can recognize oneself in its weaknesses and shadows.
