OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 229th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

This is my favorite tree in the marsh that I live near. When I was younger, my brother and I used to look in amazement at the width of this old tree. The base of the cottonwood made this the biggest living thing we had ever seen in person.

The Venezuelan women's senior national team played a friendly match in the country after a long time, the scenario was the Olympic Stadium of the UCV in Caracas and they faced Yaracuyanos Fútbol Club, current champions of the Venezuelan tournament and Venezuela's next representatives in the Women's Libertadores Cup 2021.

It's becoming clear to me that I would feel much more at home if I had some Hive friends in my immediate vicinity. I've been part of this community since 2017 and at that time, it was just a hobby and a way to learn more and make some online friends.

As the world as changed a whole lot since then, I feel more and more that we at Hive have a shared vision for which direction society is going. It doesn't mean we always agree on how to do things, or lean in the same political directions or have the same beliefs, but we have a kind of shared trajectory, and a shared culture.

Hello my Hiver's, today I feel very full of anger and I would like to drain all these feelings, release all the feelings that invade my mind and leave the past behind, today I want to talk to you about a key word between a mother and a daughter "trust", being a mom of a teenager is not a simple matter, personality changes, communication between both, every position, every feeling and respect.

Last Sunday, we went on an island hopping in Lapu-Lapu City. We booked a pump boat few days before the trip that could take us to three different islands here in Cebu. We took an early morning ride from Elizabeth Mall going to Parkmall and from there ride another jeepney and tricycle going to Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City where the Nalusuan Wharf is located and waited for our pump boat to arrive. We arrived a bit early than expected so we had to wait for few minutes for our boat.

This is the second Sunday that we are getting together to do yoga, and I am very happy that we are making this a habit, as Yoga is a very important part of my life, one of my biggest hobbies, so I am happy to be able to share it with my friends.

When I was a kid, something I always liked to be as an adult was to be a Super Hero and have powers, to help people like the characters on TV like the avengers, Spiderman, or Ben 10. Of course, when I was growing up and being aware of reality, I realized that this was not possible and that it was only fiction, it was a pretty hard blow to know that but today I think it is better that way because it would be very stressful to try to save the world and at the same time to keep a family.

You know! Lately I've had a lot of power outages, blackouts and lack of internet, so I've had to juggle work.... 😣

That has made me reflect on what negative effects this situation has, such as: depression, anxiety, uncertainty or the positive effects they can cause in one 🙂 🙂

Every picture we take has a story behind it, good and bad memories, that's why I wanted to share with you three of them, in different moments of my life. Each one of them has a different emotion, a unique charm, they are moments that will never come back and that were captured in a few seconds in those images.

To speak of Peace in these moments of world life is a term something like obligatory, we need Peace, in the middle of this chaos that we are going through because of so much information that is handled, climatic turbulences, among other things.
