OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 539th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

I just want to share a written blog about our unwinding journey in Sta. Ana, Cagayan when our uncle together with their friends from Alcala invited us to a road and beach trip. This trip were happened at the month of March when although it is not yet our school vacation, we freed ourselves for a break since lately we did many tasks in school but we are not that busy of school works that time so it's a very good time to give ourselves a physical & mental relaxation.

My family and I traveled to the Blang Kulam waterfall, on the occasion of that day I rode a motorbike to the location of the waterfall, the location of the Blang Kulam waterfall is still in the same district as where I live, from my house it is about 20 minutes by motorbike, and through rural roads, I usually go to this place via a shortcut, although the road is a bit damaged but this is the closest road, if you go through the normal road people pass a little far, but because I want to get there quickly, every time I go to the Blang Kulam waterfall area always take shortcuts.

Today turned out to be a good day to do some work in the greenhouse. I have all of my tomato plants out in the greenhouse now, and even the smallest plants have been growing pretty well. The 8 tomato plants that I planted in the big greenhouse pots have grown quite a bit in the past few days. I put the first 6 into the big pots a bit more than a week ago, I took this picture on May 12.

This dinner is a source of healthy energy and very nutritious for its high content of vitamin C, it is ideal to replenish strength after a long day of work because it contains potassium, it also helps us for stomach problems such as heartburn and digestion, it also helps the good health of the bones for being rich in magnesium.

This week's theme has been noted to go along with the WHO monthly Hypertension awareness and I would like to dwell a bit more on that however before diving in, I'll share a bit about Non Communicable diseases and then focus on Hypertension, sharing a few healthy tips as all I can share within a post.
