The keys to success. Book review

in #ocd4 years ago (edited)

This book is a must read guide if you want to be a successful person. In business, in personal life, in your family and in your relationships.

Jim Rohn's book, The keys to success, is very easy to read. Its writing style is simple, direct and sincere. I found it so good that it took me less than 3 days to read. If I can read it, so can you 😊📖

I have filmed this special short video just for Hive to introduce you to this book.

I had made a 1 hour long detailed review of the book and I invite you to take a look. It is on my Youtube channel

It's never too late to do anything good in life. It's never too late to change for the better, to learn, to grow. It's never to late to say things, accept things, forgive things and change anything. Progress is not a comfortable thing and a person has to get out of their comfort zone in order to achieve greatness. Always defend your right to dream!

The book ends with a series of wonderful advices, I will mention some of them:

❤️Be strong but not rude
❤️Be kind but not weak
❤️Be bold but not a bully
❤️Be thoughtful but not lazy
❤️Be humble but not timid
❤️Be proud but not arrogant
❤️Reward people for small steps of progress
❤️Have faith
❤️Let your people borrow your vision until they can see for themselves

Have a gorgeous day and toodle loo!

Saw your long video, that's very inspiring, thanks for sharing.

Hey! I am glad that you have found it useful. I only recently discovered Jim Rohn myself, but it made me totally change the way I see things. If you are open to change and introspection, the advices you get from this amazing speaker will change your life.

Change is always within ourselves and we can all be successful. It is only a matter of the way we see life and apply the principles of self discipline, planning, dreaming, loving.

Will discuss more in the future about Jim Rohn. He is a must read /listen kind of guy

wow you got a lot of youtube channel to maintain! great review too love the advice!

Hey! I focus mostly on my ASMR channel, thank you! I'm glad to know you've found it useful, it is a joy for me😊

Delighted to see mention of Jim Rohn. The greatest of all. I have saved most of his quotes (the set of rules).

Did he know he hired Tony Robbins when he was around 19?

He is awesome! I have found out that too. Amazing, isn't it! And Jim Rohn learned it all from Earl Schoaff.Mentors are very important, they literally change lives!

Jim always talks about Earl Schoaff. Such fluent communicator and thought leaders. Forever grateful to discover these guys.

I am also grateful to see your 1 hour 16 min video. Love this part: "Do not apologize for your success." Something I actually always do.

Do you have notes saved? (Wish to watch everything soon -- thank you)

PS: Your voice is perfect.

Hey! Oh I can understand what you are saying. Modesty is good, but being proud of yourself is also beneficial.

My books are filled with notes and I do write down what I like. I really enjoy a good speech

Thank you for the voice compliment, I'm glad that it makes my book reviews more enjoyable

Sounds very intriguing. I may just have to give it a read. Where are you walking in your video? Looks like an awesome place for a stroll. Very green and lush.

Hey! Thank you! It is in our natural park here in my city, it is very big and it is my favourite place to go after work to relax. Parcul dendrologic Alba Iulia it is called

Author Jim Ron is my favorite!
Thanks for your review)

Thank you, I like him too a lot!

Completely unrelated to the post, but I was wondering what you put in your hair? Hehe.. It is a weird question coming from a guy, I know. But my hair is very similar to yours, but only looks like that right after I get out of the shower, then turns into a dry frizzy mess in like 3 hours.

Hey! Glad you asked, most people do! Lemme spill the secret! I wash my hair once a week just with plain soap. Yup, I am not fancy. Then then... The miracle is in two products I apply. A cream product and a mousse. With the cream product from Tigi I put a tiny drop and define the curls while wet. Then, I put mousse and scrunch and define even more. With my head down I dry it by holding the wet curls in my hand. Slowly. With this technique my hair looks sassy up to 1, 5 weeks. Almost 2 sometimes. It depends on the structure of the hair, but if you're curly, this method will not fail. It is the only thing which worked with me. I will drop a picture of the two products. First out Tigi then mousse. For me works like a charm. Try and let me know

Thanks for the info! I will give them a try. Yeah, my hair is fairly curly. It always looks awesome right after getting out of the shower, but goes frizzy soon after. I have seen the bedhead stuff before, I will pick some up!

Awesome! I love Tigi, all the products smell divine!

Yea, Jim Rohn is THE Man; I was blessed to be able to see him speak live, a few times, when he was still alive, and in good health. RIP to the Great Master Teacher

Hey! Yes, he was a great man indeed, I liked his writings and speeches a lot
