Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Maybe the love I have for traveling, knowing other countries and cultures comes by default in my blood. I have family scattered around the globe, including a cousin who lived in Colombia and recently moved to Australia, and another one to Dubai, in addition to those I have scattered around the United States, Colombia and Spain.

To be honest I find it a little difficult to talk about myself, it's like I don't know which of all the things to say or if they are important, but, as a curious anecdote, the day I was born they called me Alondra, however, as my dad didn't like the name, they were 1 year later looking for a new name, and that is my real name, but I will use Alondra to make myself known, I say this to make it clear that it is not my real name, but rather a nickname.

Hello, my name is Andrew Riera, I am 27 years old, I was born in Venezuela in the state of Lara-Barquisimeto. I am a transgender boy, I am in the process of a hormone change treatment, since I was born of the other gender (female), but for a long time I did not feel identified with that gender, I was a non-binary gender (that means that I do not identified with any gender), but then I investigated why I felt that way and discovered that I identified as a man, from that moment the name Andrew Patrick was born, I began to use it, my friends began to call me that and it made me feel very happy and very comfortable with myself. I have been identifying myself like this for about 2 years and have decided to make it a reality, but this treatment is so expensive that I have to do it little by little, apart from the fact that I have other goals, this one has to wait a little longer.

Hello to all the Hive community! Let me introduce myself with you, my name is Leonel, my friends call me “Majin Buu” though, yes, just like the Dragon Ball Z character, life’s things. I’m 21 years old, I was born and grew up in the Margarita Island in Venezuela, where I still reside. Currently, I’m a Modern Languages student at the University of Margarita.

A born to be leader woman who wants to make the world a better place by writing and sharing her stories. Hi everyone, naimbag nga aldaw. Her name is Drenzelle, a senior highschool student in BSBT who has a dream to be a lawyer someday. She lives in Baguio City, Philippines and is a proud Igorot. She likes playing instruments like guitars, lyre and piano. She also likes editing and vlogging. Drenzelle likes to listen to Kpop and her top 3 favorite bands are Itzy, Enhypen and Stray Kids. She likes to read different kinds of books like novels, fictions, non-fiction and more. Her favorite sport is table tennis, she won once on the Division level and with a ranking of 3rd place.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
