Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hey there! I’m RJ and welcome to my Hive Intro. Now, let’s cut to the chase, who is RJ if you might ask? Well, aside from being the only living skinny-legend of the Salazar family, he is also a self-proclaimed photographer and an adventurer. He is usually referred as the “funny one” of the group coz he knows a lot of green jokes and his friends are weirdly entertained by it. Since he loves watching RuPaul’s Drag Race, His favorite quote is “If you can’t love yourself, then how the hell you gonna love somebody else”. Lastly, He is a Pisces. So you better watch your back.

“My name is Roger Rafael Rodriguez Rodriguez and I am a Venezuelan Plastic Artist. I was born in the city of Barquisimeto (Lara – Venezuela) in 1976. From an early age (4 years old) my vocation was for art. I clearly remember my first colored drawing... a little house with its tiles, its chimney, clouds, trees and its little path to the front door. The best thing was that I angered him without going out of line!!!”

I am a Venezuelan artist, painter, sculptor, draftsman, graphic designer, researcher and teacher. I studied Pure Art at the Martín Tovar y Tovar School of Plastic Arts in Barquisimeto between 1982 and 1991. All my plastic work has always been linked to ecology and poetry, I try to unite my vision and my memories with my childhood years, I was born in a desert region, hence comes my proposal, this is related to the summer, the rugged landscape and above all, the lonely and hard life of the peasant man and everything that for me represents this environment, I take it to my pictorial and sculptural work.

Hello, my name is Denny Muñoz also known by the artistic acronym: dnymuz I was born in Barquisimeto - Venezuela, on October 26, 1974, I am a multi-media artist, musician, researcher and teacher, dedicated to the arts in various manifestations, with a work focused on the creation, research, teaching and production of conceptual, didactic and functional proposals for society. I began at an early age to show a sensitivity and interest in painting; then I began formal studies at the "Escuela de Artes Plásticas Martín Tovar y Tovar" from 1990 to 2003, parallel to a musical education at the "Conservatorio de Música Vicente Emilio Sójo" in the same city. In 2004 I moved to Caracas to study Plastic Arts at the Universidad Nacional Experimental de las Artes UNEARTE, former Instituto Universitario Armando Reverón, institution for which I worked in the area of Assembly and Museography in several art exhibitions nationwide and also as a facilitator in the workshops of "Orientation in Artistic Formation" (OFA) giving these workshops in different states of the country.

How do I tell you my fears where I start if I'm full of band-aids 🧠🧩🤕 even if you see me smiling! I know perfectly well that time since 2019 has passed faster than me; But one thing allows and I tell you, that as long as I continue to be I will be delivering the best version of me. So before continuing leave me and introduce myself, I am NinaM, I was born and raised in Venezuela - Caracas and like many I had to emigrate but not for the reasons why they all leave; But because my beautiful country had become too small. I had the immense desire to see beyond borders and remain that backpacker, adventurous girl that everyone had known since childhood. So one day after so much thought I took my camera and my backpack (The only two things I had ever needed) and left but not before promising my family that I would return as I always had. Well, obviously everyone supported me because they knew perfectly well that traveling was vital for me as someone who needs water to drink. So far so good!! In my little adventure

I am Luzmila Bracho, Luzmi to those closest to me. I am the last of 5 siblings and I was always the spoiled one. My mother raised us with a lot of effort and although I never had a father figure, my family filled that void.

I remember my mother working day and night with the sewing machine. She worked for a school closet, the ones who provided her with the fabric pieces already cut and Maita sewed them until the final elaboration of shirts, skirts and pants for school uniforms.

Hello friends of Hive my name is Luisa but everyone calls me Luisita or Luisy, although since a few years ago a beautiful person calls me mommy. I am mother of the beautiful Emilia Valentina, Spanish teacher, daughter, sister, cousin, friend, I am also a lover of exercise. A year ago I joined a gym very close to my house and since then I wonder why I didn't discover this world of exercise before? Now that I am 37 years old and I am a mother and head of household I am more aware of life, to enjoy the little things and not to stress about something that will always have a solution.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
