Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

I was born 52 years ago👶,a Friday the 13th in the city of Maturin, Monagas state, Venezuela, my paternal aunts suggested Grisell as a name ,my mom told me : "those women were crazy about you, I could not say no!" and that she had liked it, she combined it with del Carmen because she also has the name Carmen 😃 ,my dad had no choice but to give me by last name Patete that by joining the Diaz of my mother created my name and I love it !

Hi Hive! My name is Yolena Carolina. Although, really, everyone shortens it to "Yole". I was born in 1981 in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. I am 41 and counting... I have always thought that we should be proud of every year lived and accomplished.

Hello hive friends! I hope you are well and are having a wonderful day, today I come to tell you a little about me.

My full name is JOSBELLY NASARETH SALAZAR GONZÁLEZ, but usually they call me Nasa, I was born on March 23, 2005 in Anzoátegui-Venezuela, then I moved to Monagas-Venezuela where I live today.

My name is Tulio García. I was born in 1984, in Barquisimeto. My parents divorced when I was very young and my mother was the main figure throughout my upbringing. I have a sister four years older and a sister eight years younger. In my family there was always a lot of union and mutual support. My mother always gave us the best education, not only in academics but also in values and moral principles, because with her example she taught us honesty, respect, justice, security, cooperation, spiritual richness, love, attention, to name just a few of the qualities that my sisters and I observed in her at all times and that we took as a model to follow in our lives.

My name is Daniel Lameda, I was born on October 8, 2002, in Venezuela, Carabobo state. I come from a humble and hardworking family of which both my mom and dad made sure that I never lacked anything and gave me the best education, values, affection and love in the world. I am a student at the University of Carabobo in the career of “Public Accounting”, my choice for this career is because I love numbers and I get along very well with them. One of my biggest likes is that I love to eat, although sometimes I’m a little picky about it because I don’t like all kinds of food, next I will talk a little more about me.

I am from the Southern part of Nigeria where I lived with my family until recently when I decided to finally relocate. To me family is everything, my siblings mean the world to me, I cannot imagine a world without them in it, we are like a computer system, just like the monitor cannot carry out its activities properly without the mouse and keyboard, we cannot do without each other.

Nice to introduce myself... I'm @gloriannadcpz. To be honest I had not heard of this community, until a few weeks ago my aunt @/Griselpattdiaz gave me information and the link to Hive from scratch, with the wonderful team via telegram @soy-laloreto. My excited aunt told me: "in this community you can create content, post many educational things, inspire people (later I will tell you why inspiring other people) among many other things allowed to publish". So I decided to find out a bit about Hive and I thought it was great, so I took my mother's phone, until I can get one, and now I'm here making my first post happier than a little boy eating lollipop hahahaha.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
