Hello Hiveians (yes, that's what you are now). This is my first post since the hard fork.
Today I would like to share with you some selected pictures of my nightly wanderings through town and forest.
Wrapped in soothing silence and darkness, all to myself, free from all interpersonal communication, I love to wander through deserted streets and silent woods, observing myself as if from the outside, listening to the coming and going of my own thoughts.

Hallo Hiveians, die ihr ja nun seid. Dies ist mein erstes Post seit der Hardfork.
Heute möchte ich euch mittels einiger ausgewählter Bilder an meinen nächtlichen Streifzügen durch Stadt und Wald teilhaben lassen.
Ich liebe es, umhüllt von wohltuender Stille und Dunkelheit, ganz für mich allein, befreit von jeglicher zwischenmenschlicher Kommunikation, durch menschenleere Gassen und schweigsamen Wald zu wandern und, mich wie von außen selbst beobachtend, dem Kommen und Gehen meiner eigenen Gedanken zu lauschen.
Einen schön ruhigen Spaziergang kann man in der aktuellen Lage ja auch schon am Tag machen 😁
Da sagst du was ... und dennoch bleibt die Atmosphäre der Nacht etwas ganz Besonderes. :)

At first, I love your word, "Hiveians". Beautiful word indeed. It's great to see your first post here. ;)
Your pictures are wonderful. The forest in the darkness is fascinating with the amazing trees. It looks peaceful and silent indeed.
The sunset in the 6th picture is magnificent.
The town with lights in the night is beautiful, especially with your "shadow". ;)
The full moon is gorgeous among a lot of wonderful clouds. Great capture!
I, the same as you, "I love to observe myself as if from the outside, listening to the coming and going of my own thoughts", too. But, I'm not brave like you to walk in the forest in the darkness. I always admire you on your courage indeed. :)

However, even if I prefer the new chain compared to the old one, I critize the recently observed extensive circle-voting of whales, witnesses and other 'VIPs' and suggest everbody to vote for small witnesse and upvote small users in the sense of real decentralization.
That´s a good point, I agree. Seems to be very difficult to get on the trending page with some "ordinary" stuff now, regardless of the quality, as it mostly consists of posts about the fork and Hive. I am sure it will get more diverse with time though. I hope SteemAuto will move to Hive too as there are dozens of people (including many small but hard working accounts) that I support with my autovotes and I don´t want them to be deprived of the support for too long...

So, the chess community is moving to Hive, right? As soon as the quarantine in my country is over, I will be doing chess events again but this time integrating Hive 100%. I will make a post about this soon as I feel that this initiative is a good fit for Hive as well.

Ja, HIVE braucht ja schließlich jemanden, der das ausartende 'Circle-Voting' von (von 'Dezentralität' sprechenden) Walen, Witnessen und sonstigen 'VIPs' kritisiert!
Ich vermute mal, du bist - so wie ich auch - eher introvertiert, daher dürften Menschen wie wir in diesen Zeiten wohl im Vorteil sein, zumindest was Themen wie "Kontakte meiden", "sich selbst genug sein", "die Ruhe genießen" usw. angeht.
Deine Bilder kann ich übrigens gerade nicht erkennen, konnte heute aber auch noch keinen Beitrag veröffentlichen, was wahrscheinlich halb so wild sein wird, da Hive neu ist und ich davon ausgehe, dass sich das alles im Laufe der Zeit schon wieder einrenken wird.

I think many of us need to hear “Hello Hiveians”. I know many put lots of emotion and energy into the Steem Name and hate to leave it behind with the Sun darken and going down.
